Weather system to impact Atlantic Canada Thursday and Friday


A weather system will impact portions of Atlantic Canada this coming Thursday and Friday.


Based on current guidance, the system will move east of Nova Scotia and into Newfoundland.


Over eastern Nova Scotia, strong winds are possible on Thursday and Friday and potentially some snow.


Newfoundland will see snow and blowing snow along with strong winds on Friday.


Strong winds are expected over Labrador and eastern Newfoundland coasts on Saturday.
