Two people remain in hospital after Delta crash in Toronto

Delta Air Lines says of the 21 injured passengers transported to local hospitals, 19 have been released.

Delta Connection Flight 4819, operated by Endeavor Air crash landed at Toronto Pearson International Airport on Monday.

NAV Canada says there are delays affecting some flights in Toronto due to runway availability and configuration. Passengers are being asked check the status of their flight.

Delta and Delta Connection flights have resumed at the airport, however two Delta flights are operating with larger aircraft to allow for greater arrival and departure capacity Tuesday.

The investigation into the crash is underway.
