Two Earthquakes in Southern New Brunswick
There were two earthquakes in southern New Brunswick this morning.
The first occurred at 6:44 am local time and was registered as a magnitude 2.9. It was 11 km northwest of Saint Andrews.
The second earthquake was a 2.9 magnitude that occurred at 8:31 local time 10 km northwest of Saint Andrews.
Both of the earthquakes were felt in the region. Both were at a depth of 5 km.
There are no reports of damage, and none would be expected. It was lightly felt in St. Stephen, St. George and St. Andrews.
