Snow expected across northern Ontario on Monday

An area of snow is expected across northern Ontario on Monday.

Snowfall amounts of 5 to 15 cm are expected from Kenora to Timmins. The heaviest snow will be concentrated from Geraldton eastward including Kapuskasing and Timmins.

For Kenora to just south of Timmins, several hours of freezing rain are possible as the precipitation begins on Monday morning.

The snow will taper off on Monday night.
