Hurricane Epsilon's Impact on Atlantic Canada

In anticipation of Hurricane Epsilon, the Canadian Hurricane Centre has issued a tropical cyclone information statement for the Avalon Peninsula Southeast in Newfoundland.
Epsilon is located about 310 kilometres east of Bermuda. It has maximum sustained winds of 140 km/h.
The storm will likely not have an impact in Newfoundland and will track well east of Atlantic Canada.
It may whip up some ocean swells along the south-facing coastlines of Nova Scotia and Newfoundland according to the Canadian Hurricane Centre.
