There was a 6.5 magnitude earthquake on Tuesday night 30.1 km north-northwest of Stanley, Idaho.

The earthquake was at a depth of 10 kilometres.

People across a large geographic area reporting shaking even in Calgary, Alberta.

There were no immediate reports of damage or injuries.

A rockslide was reported on Highway 21 near Lowman, Idaho.

The area is not typically a hot-spot for earthquakes.
