14 dead after earthquake in Vanuatu
A magnitude 7.3 earthquake occurred 30.2 km west of Port-Vila, Vanuatu on Tuesday at 12:47 p.m. at a depth of 43 km.
The Red Cross says there are 14 people dead and hundreds of others are injured with some people trapped in the rubble.
There was a tsunami warning in effect that was later called off.
Several large aftershocks were also recorded.
