Prairie Storm Continues

An area of low pressure is bring some snow and strong wind to the central prairies.

The low delivered heavy snow to parts of northwestern Alberta Sunday which continued to spread north into the southern Mackenzie Valley bringing 10 cm of snow to these regions.

A second pulse of moisture could deliver 10 to 20 cm of snow to most of the northern prairies into Today.

For some areas of Saskatchewan westerly winds gusting to 90 km/h are expected behind the front.

Meanwhile through north central Saskatchewan, snowfall of 20 to 30 cm is possible.
