Yet Another Strong Earthquake Near Papua New Guinea

There has been yet another strong earthquake in the Papua New Guinea area.

Over the past few weeks the regions have been shaken by multiple strong earthquakes.

On Thursday and earthquake measuring 6.8 on the richter scale occurred 115 km east of Rabaul, New Britain, Papua New Guinea.

It was at a depth of 15 km.

The Pacific Tsunami Warning Centre said that a tsunami was not expected.

There were no reports of significant damage from this latest earthquake.
