There is a significant weather-maker set to impact Northeastern and Central Ontario.

In some areas snowfall amounts of 15 cm is possible.

By Saturday evening winds will increase in intensity resulting in reduced visibility and blowing snow, especially adjacent to Eastern Lake Superior and through Northeastern Ontario.

Wind gusts to 80 km/h are possible, this may result in power outages.

Snow will spread eastward across Central Ontario throughout the day. In Southern Ontario rain will push in by late afternoon.
