Winter Storm for the Prairies?

Posted by on Saturday, October 31, 2015

There are some indications of a Colorado Low forming on Tuesday and may bring some snow, 10 cm or more through Wednesday for parts of southeast Saskatchewan into west and central Manitoba.

There is some uncertainty regarding timing and the exact track of the storm.

A Colorado low is a low pressure that forms in southeastern Colorado or northeastern New Mexico, typically in the winter. After forming, the system moves across the Great Plains and Prairies.
