It was a windy day across Southern Ontario on Wednesday.

There was all sorts of damage reported around the Great Lakes. Some buildings were damaged, there were power outages, and countless accidents.

In one area in particular a tractor trailer was blown off the road.

There are also several downed trees in some areas.

Winds gusted up to 80 kilometers per hour and while that not sound like much, it is an abnormality for southern Ontario. Winds diminished by early evening.
