Posted by Kyle Brookings on Sunday, March 18, 2018

It will be an unsettled couple of days across the United States southeast.

This afternoon across the southeast and in north Texas and far southern Oklahoma thunderstorms with very large, damaging hail and a tornado risk exists.

Severe gusts and isolated large hail may occur across parts of the Southeast. Isolated severe storms also may form this evening and tonight over central and southern Kansas and parts of Oklahoma.

On Monday, tornadoes, damaging wind and hail are expected across parts of middle Tennessee, much of northern Alabama, and northwest Georgia. A strong tornado is possible during the late afternoon. Severe wind is also possible into northern Florida.
