Grey White Clouds

An area of low pressure that is presently southwest of the Gulf of Mexico and the Yucatan Peninsula is sending some shower and thunderstorm activity over the surrounding area.

Throughout Friday this activity is expected to persist.

The area will move slowly northwestward over the weekend.

While no immediate development is expected, there could be some gradual development.

At this time there are strong upper-level winds that will hinder any development.
