Wet Start to the Work Week in Atlantic Canada

It will be a wet start to the work week in Atlantic Canada.

An area of low pressure will cross Atlantic Canada today.

Across New Brunswick generally 20 to 40 mm is expected, lesser amounts are expected in southern sections.

On P.E.I. about 30 to 40 mm is possible. The heaviest rain will fall overnight on Monday.

20 to 30 mm is expected across Nova Scotia, Cape Breton Island will be on the higher end of precipitation amounts. 

In Newfoundland, 10 to 20 mm is expected across central and western Newfoundland. Along the southwest coast, 50 mm are expected by Tuesday morning.
