Wednesday of Rain, Snow, and Wind in NL

Conditions are clearing out across the Maritimes after a system moved through the area on Tuesday and overnight. 

Newfoundland is contending with some rain this morning. Rain will end from west to east as the day progresses.

Most of Labrador is experiencing snow today, heavy amounts are possible before it tapers off. 15 to 25 cm are expected from Labrador City to Happy Valley-Goose Bay by Wednesday evening. 

Many areas of the province is seeing gusty winds today also.

  • St. John's: 10-20 mm
  • Marystown: 25-35 mm
  • Gander: 20-30 mm
  • Corner Brook: 25-35 mm
