Weather Related Illnesses

The weather can be responsible for all sorts of illnesses.

From fatigue and stress to skin Irritation – skin rashes caused by dry, cold weather, or extremely hot weather and loss of appetite that happens especially during hot weather.

Whenever the temperature changes suddenly such as going from cold environment to a very hot environment or vice versa actually weaken your resistance to colds because the body works to adjust to the changes.

Even things as barometric pressure, humidity, wind direction, and the amount of ultraviolet light or visible sunlight throughout the day can have impacts on our lives. These thing can cause issues with your nervous system, cardiovascular system, and endocrine system.

This is why most people get sick during a seasonal change.
