A ridge of high pressure is building across Alberta from British Columbia at both the surface and aloft.

Temperatures today may hit the 20 degree mark.

Calgary could climb to 23, Edmonton could get up to 21, Red Deer will get close to 20 with a high of 18 expected, 17 degrees is expected in Fort McMurray.
