Venezuela Experiences Strongest Earthquake in over 100 Years

A magnitude 7.3 earthquake occurred near the coast of Venezuela on Tuesday evening.

It was centered 20.9 km north-northwest of Yaguaraparo, Venezuela.

It was at a deep depth of 123 km.

This was the largest to strike Venezuela since 1900,  the United States Geological Survey (USGS) said.

Power outages were reported across Trinidad.

People ran into the streets.

Glass shattered and cars smashed as a concrete fell down.
