Unsettled Wednesday Across Newfoundland

Posted by Kyle Brookings on Monday, February 4, 2019

A low pressure system over northwestern Ontario will merge with another low pressure system as it hits Newfoundland on Wednesday.

While still a couple of days out, we think the low will bring rain, freezing rain, and snow to the Island and snow to Labrador.

Right now it looks like most of the rain will fall over the south coast and the heavier snow on the Great Northern Peninsula.

It is still too early to provide specific amounts.

Keep checking back for updates.
