Unsettled Along the Labrador Coast

It will be unsettled along coastal Labrador today with some rain in the forecast.

Some areas of coastal Labrador may pick up 20 to 30 mm of rain today, tonight, and into tomorrow.

Precipitation will ease as the system pulls away.

We will also experience moderate to severe wind gusts along the northern Labrador coast and over the northern Labrador Sea. On land, winds will gust to 70 km/h in areas. Offshore gusts near 100 km/h are expected.

There is also a chance of a thunderstorm just north of the Northern Peninsula today.
