Two Systems May Impact Prairies this Week

Posted by Kyle Brookings on Monday, April 9, 2018

A couple areas of low pressure will move across parts of the Prairies this week.

The first one arrives on Wednesday and the second one will swing through on Friday.

On Wednesday there will be a line of snow from Rainbow Lake southeast to Lloydminster.

That line will most likely sink south into Southern Saskatchewan on Wednesday evening.

Wednesday overnight the snow will arrive in Southern Manitoba.

In the heaviest snow, 10 to 15 cm is possible.

With reagrds to the system for Friday it is far too early to give specific details.
