Tropical Storm Leaves Over 30 Dead

Tropical storm Kai-Tak slammed the central Philippines on Sunday leaving over 30 dead.

More than 89,000 people had to flee to emergency shelters.

There are several Christmas travelers stranded.

Several landslides and floods have left several other people missing.

Official said that the winds in the storm was only 55 km/h.

Kai-Tak remained nearly stationary which is why so much rain fell.

There were also some power outages.
