Tips to get You Out of Bed

You're probably doing it right now scrolling through your phone not wanting to get out of bed. It's Monday and lets face it, no one likes Monday!

But you're gong to have to get up eventually. So here are some tips to stop you from hitting the snooze button.
  1. First off, you should make sure you get enough sleep by going to bed early enough the night before.
  2. Implement a routine with getting up.
  3. Don't go to bed too full or too hungry. This can keep you awake by causing discomfort.
  4. Remember how you probably reading this using a cell phone, yeah don't do that. Research has shown that the blue light emitted by electronics like laptops and cell phones disturbs sleep even more than natural light.
  5. Get together anything you’ll need in the morning — like a healthy lunch.
  6. When your alarm goes off motivate yourself with what needs to get done today.
  7. Eat a healthy breakfast.
  8. Exercise in the morning.
