Thousands of Golf Balls Found in Ocean

Pebble Beach Golf Course, located on the coast of California is a popular golf course that receives many golfers every year.

Since it is located along the coast, many golf balls end up in the ocean.

One teen, Alex Weber, has found a solution. As a diver, he dives to the ocean floor near the golf course and collects the golf balls.

As of 2018, he, and his group has recovered 50,000 golf balls and are planning to work with environmental artist Ethan Estess to create a piece of art that can be used educationally.
