Thousands Evacuated From Northern Manitoba Wildfires

There are an estimated 3,700 people now evacuated due to wildfires in northern Manitoba.

Wasagamack, Garden Hill, and St. Theresa Point First Nations were all evacuated.

The wildfire is now estimated to be half the size of Winnipeg.

People were being evacuated by boat.

The Canadian military flew fly some 3,700 affected residents to shelters in Winnipeg.
