From January 28 to February 1 heavy snow and strong wind hammered the US Northeast on parts of Ontario.
Daily peak wind gusts ranging from 74 to 111 km/h were recorded by the National Weather Service in Buffalo, with snowfall as high as 254 cm recorded in areas.
It was a fun time for the kids who got home in time, others however were stranded at school when conditions deteriorated so quickly.
