In Nova Scotia several stations set a daily maximum temperature records.

It was a similar story for New Brunswick with Miscou Island setting a new record of 27.8. The old record of 27.4 was set in 2004. Records in this area have been kept since 1957 .
On Prince Edward Island St. Peters set a new record of 29.0. The old record of 28.3 was set in 1977. Records in this area have been kept since 1960.
