Taiwan and eastern China is facing another typhoon threat.

Typhoon Megi is expected to slam into Taiwan and eastern China by the middle of next week.

When Typhoon Megi strikes Taiwan it will deliver powerful winds potentially as strong as a category 2 or 3 hurricane.
Megi will continue to weaken once over land in eastern China.

Flash flooding and storm surge is the main concerns.

In the last two weeks Super Typhoon Meranti and Typhoon Malakas hit Taiwan.
