The search is continuing for a missing Argentine submarine and its 44 crew members.

The sub vanished in 6 metre waves and 80 km/h winds.

This morning the weather continues to be uncooperative.

Currently there are search ships from the United States, Britain, Brazil and Chile looking for the sub that went missing Wednesday off the coast of Patagonia.

Officials say that the sub has not surfaced for days and as a result their oxygen supply is running low.

The U.S. Navy has sent two unmanned underwater vehicles that use side-scan sonar to create an image of large areas of the seafloor.
