Strong Wind rips through Newfoundland

Strong winds ripped across Newfoundland on Tuesday and Wednesday in association with a power low pressure system. The strong winds caused sporadic power outages across the Island and a Tractor Trailer was blown off the road near the Outer Ring Road in St. John's. Strong waves also caused rocks and debris to be thrown onto roadways on the Great Northern Peninsula.
