Storm System for Newfoundland on Monday

A large area of low pressure will move across Newfoundland over the next 24 hours.

Precipitation will begin in the morning over western Newfoundland and will move across the remainder of the Island, reaching the Avalon by Monday night.

Snow will change to rain for most areas. Snowfall amounts will range from 2 cm to 15 cm. Rainfall amounts will range from 2 mm to 20 mm.
