On Prince Edward Island snow will intensify this morning with amounts of 15 to 20 cm expected. Winds increase also giving blowing snow Tuesday and into Tuesday night.

In Nova Scotia snow will change to ice pellets this morning. Amounts of 15 to 25 cm are expected.

Across Newfoundland the heaviest snow is expected across central Newfoundland, amounts of 15 to 25 cm is likely. Western Newfoundland will probably see 10 to 15 cm of snow. The Avalon will see snow change to ice pellets and then rain.
