Snowstorm Possible for Southern Ontario

Posted by Kyle Brookings on Wednesday, February 28, 2018

There is a growing consensus that there could be a significant snowstorm for Ontario beginning on Thursday afternoon.

Late on Thursday snow will begin over portions of southwestern Ontario.

Snow will also fall in the Hamilton and Niagara area.

There is the possibility that there could be some snow in the GTA as well.

The Niagara Peninsula could end up with 15 cm or more. Places such as Sarnia may also end up with 10 to 15 cm of snow.

Elsewhere across extreme southern Ontario, a general 5 to 10 cm of snow is possible.
