Snow to Make for Tricky Driving from Calgary to Red Deer

Posted by Kyle Brookings on Friday, November 23, 2018

A band of moderate snow associated with a cold front is expected across southern Alberta into far southwestern Saskatchewan on Friday afternoon into Friday evening.

Snowfall amounts of only 2 to 4 cm is expected, with locally higher amounts.

While only minimal snowfall amounts are expected, it can still make for some tricky driving conditions from Calgary and Red Deer.

At the same time an arctic high will build across the Prairies.
