Snow Squalls Expected Off Lake Huron and Georgian Bay

Posted by Kyle Brookings on Sunday, November 19, 2017

More snow is expected today over Lake Huron and Georgian Bay, as well as near Lake Superior.

The snow in Eastern Ontario is expected to taper off this morning.

Strong northwesterly winds and colder temperatures are expected to cause snow squalls to develop.

Snowfall amounts of 10 to 15 cm is possible in the heaviest snow squalls.

This will cause some impacts to travel.

On Monday there will be some flurries and snow squalls southeast of Lake Huron and Georgian Bay. It will come to an end by mid-day.
