Snow squalls continue across SW Ontario

Posted by on Monday, January 4, 2016

Snow squalls will continue to be a problem across portions of southwestern Ontario on Monday.

Places such as Strathroy and Komoka will be hardest hit.

Total snowfall accumulations of 15 cm are possible in the heaviest squalls.

Snow squalls cause weather conditions to vary considerably; changes from clear skies to heavy snow within just a few kilometres are common.

Travel is expected to be hazardous due to reduced visibility in some locations. Road closures are possible.
