Snow Squalls and Freezing Rain for Parts of Ontario

Posted by on Wednesday, November 22, 2017

Over the course of the morning we have been seeing flurries for areas southeast of Lake Huron and Georgian Bay.

There is also a risk of snow-squalls.

Snowfall amounts may reach 10 cm by this afternoon. Sudden low visibilities in heavy snow are the main concern.

Tonight snow squalls may develop over areas northeast of Lake Superior, Lake Huron and Georgian Bay.

Tomorrow snow and freezing rain will affect parts of Northwestern and Far-Northwestern Ontario Thursday Night. Power and transportation may be affected.
