Snow and cooling down in Saskatchewan & Manitoba

Posted by on Saturday, April 2, 2016

A clipper will lie over North Dakota on Sunday morning.

On the north side of the clipper, snowfall amounts of 2-5 cm is expected in northern Saskatchewan into central and southern Manitoba.

Locally 5-10 cm is a possibility for areas northeast of Winnipeg.

It will be quite the temperature contrast on either side of the low. In Saskatchewan where daytime highs on Saturday reached above 20 degrees however on Sunday temperatures will be at least 10 degrees colder and in Manitoba temperatures will remain below freezing.
