Posted by Kyle Brookings on Thursday, March 14, 2019

On Thursday there is a risk of severe thunderstorms in Southern Ontario, the National Capital Region, and southwestern Quebec.

For extreme southwestern Ontario, there could be rainfall amounts of 25 to 50 mm and wind gusts to 80 km/h.

Elsewhere, rainfall amounts of 10 to 25 mm are likely.

The safest and most obvious place to be in a thunderstorm is indoors.
