Scores Injured After Iran Earthquake

There has been a 6.3 magnitude earthquake in along the Iran-Iraq border.

It happened at 8:07 pm local time on Sunday at a depth of 10 km.

It was 20.1 km southwest of Sarpol-e Zahab, Iran.

About 500 people were reported to be injured.

Buildings were damaged in various rural areas.

Iran sits on a major fault line.
