Schools Close as Temperature Dips to Minus 32

The temperature in Astana, Kazakhstan has dropped to -32°C.

To make matters worse winds have been gusty as well.

Astana is the worlds second coldest capital city.

As a result, schools were forced to close four days this week.

The warmest day of the next seven is next Saturday with a high of -6°C.
