Remnants of Harvey Could spell Flood Threat for Texas

The remnants of what was once Tropical Storm Harvey make be getting its act together once again.

This time it could spell a tropical threat for Texas.

We expect the remnants of Harvey to once again form back into a tropical system.

The National Hurricane Center (NHC) gives this tropical wave a 90% chance of development over the next 48 hours and a near 100% chance over the next 5 days.

Depending on the track, that could mean a potential flood concern for parts of the Texas coastline.

There is still time to work out the fine details.
