For most regions in Canada, there will be some sort of rain accumulation for all three days of the long weekend.  While some areas like SE Quebec, The Maritime Provinces, and Southern BC, will see periods of sunshine, every part of Canada will see a chance for rain.  With Monday looking to be the day with the least amount of sunshine.  Some areas will even see severe storms (SE Quebec, SE Saskatchewan, and SW Manitoba), for Saturday.   Other areas in Southern Ontario, will see very high humid-ex values, with some regions like the City of Windsor seeing humid-ex values making it feel like 47 degrees over Saturday, and Sunday.

The Chances for Canada Day fireworks/festivities being canceled because of rain, will vary depending on your location, however most regions will see rain on Canada day in off and on periods.    This could help the festivities continue, as there will be breaks in the precipitation.
