Mixed precipitation will move into northeastern Saskatchewan and western Manitoba overnight tonight.

It will continue into Saturday.

Portions of Saskatchewan and Manitoba have been cold over the past few days allowing for snowfall.

However, a warm front will swing across the region.

This front will increase the chances of freezing rain in Saskatchewan tonight.

Surface temperatures will likely be above freezing in Manitoba on Saturday.

There may still be near 10 cm snow along the northern Saskatchewan and Manitoba border by the end of Saturday.
