Posted by on Monday, February 1, 2016

The same low expected to impact Ontario will also have adverse effects on the weather for Quebec, the Maritimes, and Newfoundland and Labrador.

Quebec: Precipitation will begin as snow before changing to ice pellets or freezing rain, then to rain. For the moment, 5 to 20 centimetres of snow are expected. Gusty winds are also expected.

Maritimes: Snow changing to rain in New Brunswick on Wednesday and Wednesday night. Rain for Nova Scotia. Looks like snow or rain for Prince Edward Island.

Newfoundland and Labrador: Snow or rain for Newfoundland on Wednesday night and Thursday. Flurries for southern and western Labrador. Gusty winds are also expected.
