One Dead When Southwest Airline Makes Emergency Landing

One person is dead after a Southwest Airline flight with a damaged engine made an emergency landing.

The plane departed New York City and was en route to Dallas.

It was forced to land in Philadelphia.

The left engine was partially ripped from the aircraft and a window was damaged.

Southwest Airlines is fully cooperating with the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB).

There is no word on what caused the fatality.
