A massive area of low pressure will excel up the Eastern Seaboard of the United States and make its way to Canada Tuesday and will continue for much of the week.

Snow, rain, and strong wind is possible across Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island Tuesday into Wednesday.

In New Brunswick snow and strong wind are likely.

On Wednesday Newfoundland will see snow and rain.

On Thursday a secondary area of low pressure will likely bring more rain to Newfoundland and snow to Labrador.

It is still too early to forecast specific precipitation amounts.
