A woman who bought a bag of moon dust at an auction for $995 is getting her property back... from NASA.

Nancy Lee Carlson sent her moon dust to NASA to make sure it was real.

NASA claimed it was their property and wouldn’t send it back.

The space artifact is from the Apollo 11 mission, when Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin first stepped foot on the moon on July 16, 1969.

She has won a court case to get the moon dust back from NASA.
