More Rain Expected in Flood Stricken New Brunswick

More rain is expected in New Brunswick on Sunday.

This will do little to ease flood concerns.

10 to 20 mm of rain is possible for southern New Brunswick with lesser amounts to the north.

Precipitation could change to snow over northern New Brunswick.

Water levels south of Fredericton are continuing to rise and thousands are without power.

In addition, the Trans-Canada Highway between Fredericton and Moncton is closed.

New Brunswick Premier Brian Gallant said that he may call in the army and declare a state of emergency.

The Coast guard is mobilized along St. John River.
